Shipping Policy
 

Domestic Shipping (Within Malta):

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • Free Shipping: We are excited to offer free shipping worldwide for all international orders.

  • Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that may occur once the order reaches the destination. We are unable to advise the exact amount of these fees.

 

Shipping Days and Times:

  • All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3 pm CET, Monday–Friday, will typically be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

 

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information.


Delays:
Please note that shipping times provided are to be used as a guide. Nailed It cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.


Return Policy


General Returns:
Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.


Damages and Issues:
If the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It should be unused, with all tool kit items included.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.

  • Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.


Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only. Please contact our customer service for assistance with exchanges.
